Woodside, though almost complete, has several well-appointed newly constructed homes for sale. Like all homes in The Villages, the seventy six cottages, bungalows, and traditional family homes in Woodside recall tradition-rich dwellings in historic Charleston and nearby coastal Carolina areas.

Three distinct areas of homes will accent Woodside:

Woodside Cottages, a planned neighborhood of sixteen Lowcountry-flavor cottages and bungalows -- along the right perimeter -- with urban-style rear-entry garages; Woodside Green, a collection of fifteen generally larger Coastal Carolina residences encircling Woodside's centrally located common area; and Woodside Village, traditional Charleston-style cottages and bungalows along Woodside Village's tree-lined, well-landscaped streets. Home sites can be purchased now for virtually immediate construction. Or you may take up to two years to build. Either way, now is the time to purchase while financing rates are at near-historic lows

Pre-Approved Home Plans

As in previous phases of The Villages in St. John’s Woods, the homes approved for construction in Lakeside will be chosen for their appropriateness to the architectural ambiance of the community, by agreement between the buyer and builder, by the ratio between lot size and home size, and with the approval of The Villages Architectural Review Board (ARB).

All of the plans reached through the links below have been pre-approved by the Board.

Buyers wishing to build homes not included I Pre-Approved Home Plans may submit their own architectural designs—through their approved Villages builder—to the ARB.

Lakeside will be the third of The Villages in St. John’s Woods. Comprising 40 new homes built on our most spacious home sites so far, Lakeside will offer more than a dozen lots bordering our existing lake and water features to be added during the pre-construction phase.
